Owner Comments:
A properly graded and truly gorgeous album toned piece, just a hair shy of FB, but with full details otherwise. This is a new holder, so why it did not get a star is beyond me. The * designation is way too arbitary, and too many of them are awarded on proof coins just because of a silly extra bit of contrast. Yet it's all over the map with non-proofs.
