Owner Comments:

NAME: The Jackpot (7D22)

Mintage: 21.6 Million
Full Step Availability: 1%
Population: 29/13 (11/2022)
Date/mm Information: Bowers suggests "connoisseurship" for this issue since it is often seen with planchet roughness and tired dies.

Coin Description: Everything about this coin screams MONEY. First the coin is toned the color of gold. Second, there is a huge die crack on the reverse which bisects the mintmark making it appear to be a huge dollar sign. And lastly, the near flawless surfaces, and ultra-rare full steps make this coin the second most valuable in the set. With a total investment of $25, this is the jackpot.

Comments: This coin plucked from a Dansco album I purchased on 12/5/2021 at a reasonable price of $3.08 per coin. It was submitted to NGC on 1/7/2022 and the resultant grading fee adjusted for S&H was $21.98 making the total investment $25.06. The current NGC Price Guide is $800 (11/2022).
