Owner Comments:

This was another upgrade for my set, as my other 24-D was improperly cleaned (though it's still a very pretty coin). This coin exhibits the usual nice color and luster, and unfortunately the common, heavily abraded surfaces for this issue. Despite an original mintage of 3,049,500 coins, Akers' second edition rates this coin 17th out of 53 with an estimated 700-750 known in mint state.
