Owner Comments:

This coin is from one of the original bank rolls I have been accumulated during the 80s. One day I just decided to open up a 1982 roll and this is the only one that is worth to be send to NGC. I did not aware, and did not care, of LD or SD. But I am thinking of MS67 RD. Well, right on the spot and it is a LD. However, it now has an unattractive spot on the reverse.
