Owner Comments:

1847 NGC63BN REV of FS-003, Many points up slightly to left of ONE Cent, another up from berry left of C in Cent. Additional points down slightly to right from One Cent, strongest from right top of N in Cent, matched with OBV die with 1 that touches bust, but none of the ones attributed by NEWCOMB. I may just need an expert eye to help with the Newcomb attribution...???
