APPARENT EARLY DIE STATE
Surfaces appear to reflect rusty uncleaned dies, which in my humble opinion resulted in poor detail on an otherwise MS coin. I believe this to be an important coin in determining die state progression. Pleasing bright surfaces with obvious signs of poor die state.
