This is the seventh year in the State Quarter Program. This is a silver proof, and this is the first silver proof graded this high to be registered at NGC for this type. This is the final state quarter issued for 2005. It has, also, been the #1 coin twice in 2005 (so far). At the time of this description this is the #1 registered set for a second time. NGC changed some of the registry placement points, and it is a better system.
