This is a different 3 Error reverse large cent coin. The standard 3 error large cent is the 1801 with no stems, double fraction line and "II" rather than "U" in UNITED. The coin is in an old green AU-50 holder that I think would grade at 53, conservatively, or even 58, optimistically today.

2) Wildly doubled second "S" in States
3) Doubled fraction line
