WB-102. The Eliasberg coin, lot 1949, which David Bowers thought to be a proof. I bought it at the auction. No complaints though as I agree with PCGS's assessment that this coin is mint state. Whatever. It is a spectacular example. The finest known of the date, and indeed one of the finest known of any date in the Liberty Seated Half no motto series.
