Owner Comments:
Green and russet toning on the obverse with neutral appeal. Not nearly as darkly toned as are many mint set 55-P pieces. Reverse is bright white. Good luster with much frost on the reverse. Oddly the wisps of hair and the "pass and Stow" are weakly struck but the bell lines are full, deep and bold. Population 184/3/0. Mintage 2,876,381
