Owner Comments:

This 1900-O DMPL displays a very slight frosting on the devices, which is very rare for this year and mint mark. The mirrors have nice reflectivity creating a semi cameo look. This coin is all white with the rim having just a touch of gold toning. This coin is closer to gem and most likely grade out as MS65 if resubmitted.
