POSSIBLE UPGRADE? Amazing Washington silver quarter with nice luster, pretty strong strike, and awesome toning. Coin is almost 100% toned on both sides. Obverse is about 50% medium and dark gold toned with remainder being bright reddish orange and the strongest green toning I have ever seen on a coin. Reverse is a beautiful virtual rainbow target sporting red, orange, gold, blue, green, yellow, and purple toning. No external damage in the form of contact marks and scratches appear to be present, but could be obscured by toning. Cost: $15.00 on 1/9/13 on eBay from Bellevue Rare Coins (bellevuerarecoins).
