Owner Comments:
Very nice First Day of Mintage South Carolina state quarter with great luster and pretty strong strike. Some letters of CAROLINA exhibit doubling (possible DDR). Both sides have several randomly scattered light gray toning spots. Light contact marks and scratches are present commensurate with MS66/67 grade (mostly on obverse). Purchased as part of a 2-coin NGC MS66 First Day of Mintage state quarter pair (2000P SC & 2002D TN) on 9/30/14 on eBay for $16.24 from Austin Jull (austyj33). Note: Image is of both quarters.
