Nice FDR dime with excellent luster and pretty strong strike; just misses full torch - lower band is a little too weak. Coin is completely white except for some light baby blue toning on torch and leaves. Contact marks and scratches are almost nonexistent. Only notable detraction is small scratch in FDR's hair. Cost: $14.14 on 10/1/11 on eBay from Debra Pyles (*mainstreetcollectibles*).
