Gorgeous white early proof Washington silver quarter with very strong strike, no toning, and superb luster. Very light cameo on devices (a little stronger on reverse) but probably not enough to warrant cameo designation. Obverse fields are a little grainy in a few areas. No visible contact marks or scratches are present; could grade higher. Cost: $31.49 on 2/25/14 on eBay from HCC Rare Coins (hcc-coin).
