Purchased this coin because of the almost full steps it exhibited from sellers photos. Recieved coin today and it did not disappoint. Technical grade appears to be dead on at 66 and the coin does exhibit full steps with ample luster with just hint of brown toning starting to develop.
Will send this one to NGC to see what they have to say about the full steps. Since the fall of 2012 they have have been very strict with their FS designations on designation reviews. IMHO to strict as several coins I have submitted I believe do meet FS criteria as set forth by the now defunct FSNC (Full Step Nickel Club). Eureka, coin gained full step status today 8/14/2013.
Poulation in MS66 5FS is 39 with 3 in MS67 5FS as of 8/19/2013.
