This is the BD-1 "Pointed 6" with 8X5 obverse stars variety. A curious engraving blunder as the "1st star" is noticeably crammed into the bottom left obverse quadrant, not to mention the "6" of the date was punched too high. Nice, even green-gold color, original patina with traces of old dirt to be found about/around the devices on both sides. There are no significant marks, and no adjustment marks that usually plague this variety. Although a bit weakly struck on the center obverse and reverse, the overall eye appeal is quite excellent.
