Owner Comments:

Although it is not rare, the 1803 silver dollar is an “unusual” date. The Bust dollars are one of the few early U.S. coins that can still be found in small to medium sized coin shows. Still, most of the dollars that are offered are dated 1799 or 1800. The 1795 Flowing Hair dollar also are seen with some consistency. The coin above features light wear and strongly defined details. It has attractive gray toning.
